Huge number of sellers on the platform makes it difficult to stand out.
Solution: Provide competitive prices, have high quality standards and be a part of GeM's bidding and reverse auction process in order to gain an edge.
4. Order Fulfillment & Payment Delays
Early order fulfillment is important and sometimes payment delays can be irritating.
Solution: Avail GeM's open order tracking and make speedy delivery. Payments on GeM are government secured so transactions are not delayed.
